Broth was flavorful with the right amount of saltiness, and I could definitely taste the spice which wasn't overbearing at all. The meat was fatty, but I really like that I could see that it's charred on top. I also really enjoyed the thick chewy noodles, and I feel like it really complemented the soup. Overall, this ramen dish was rich and comforting, and I really liked it!
It's My new favorite spot of Ramen restaurant! The location is only 10mins from my house. Big parking lot! And the shopping center is close to this restaurant. Basil popcorn chicken was perfect. Ramen was great spicy level for me😂. Services fast and good energy! Recommend! 10/9
Best Tonkotsu Red I’ve ever had! The spicy level was great, super spicy just how I like it. The pork belly was on point… def worth checking out this dish if you like spicy noodles.
